Whether it's a pose to release tension or a breathwork to calm your mind. Each practice is sprinkled with practical things you can incorporate into your daily lives. This class is open to ALL. No experience necessary.
Core Restore Wednesday 8:00-9:00pm Working from the inside out (deep core & pelvic floor), this is a fun practice that targets core muscles with an emphasis on proper breathing & posture. Offering many variations, this class is suitable for all levels and anyone wanting to safely strengthen or rebuild their core including those with diastasis recti or recovering from abdominal surgery such as c-section. You will need your mat, blocks and light weight such as 3-5 lb dumbbells/ball/water bottle etc.
