Yang & Yin Monday 12:00-1:00 The perfect balance to start your week! This is a nourishing practice that combines Yang (active) - a gentle flowing practice, with Yin (calm) - which involves more stretching and releasing. Each class finishes with restorative poses to allow for complete integration and relaxation. What could be better than that!
Core Restore Wednesday 8:00-9:00pm Working from the inside out (deep core & pelvic floor), this is a fun practice that targets core muscles with an emphasis on proper breathing & posture. Offering many variations, this class is suitable for all levels and anyone wanting to safely strengthen or rebuild their core including those with diastasis recti or recovering from abdominal surgery such as c-section. You will need your mat, blocks and light weight such as 5 lb dumbbells, ball, water bottle etc.
HathaYoga (all-levels) Friday 12:00-1:00 Finish your week feeling great! Ha-tha translates as "sun" and "moon" and refers to finding balance in the body and mind. Whether it's a pose to release tension or a breathwork to calm your mind. Each practice is sprinkled with practical things you can incorporate into your daily lives. This class is open to ALL. No experience necessary.

Therapeutic Yoga Tuesday 7:30-8:30pm Offering a therapeutic approach using practical tools such as pranayama, postures and even ballwork! Classes are small and designed to address individual needs and goals.
