HathaYoga (all-levels) Monday 12:00-1:00 Start your week feeling great! Ha-tha translates as "sun" and "moon" and refers to finding balance in the body and mind. Whether it's a pose to release tension or a breathwork to calm your mind. Each practice is sprinkled with practical things you can incorporate into your daily life . This class is open to ALL. No experience necessary.
Core Restore Wednesday 8:00-9:00pm This isn't your typical core strengthening class. This is an educational experience where you will learn about your core, proper core & pelvic floor function, and practices that are best for you. It's a great class if you are rebuilding your core, working with a physio for pelvic health reasons or simply want to learn more. Modifications are provided for all levels and needs, including those with diastasis recti or recovering from abdominal surgery such as c-section.
You will need your mat, blocks and light weight such as 3-5 lb dumbbells/ball/water bottle etc.
Date & fees: May 5 - June 25 8-week session = $150 incl. tax Drop-in rate = $20 incl. tax
