HathaYoga (all-levels) Monday 12:00-1:00 Start your week feeling great! Ha-tha translates as "sun" and "moon" and refers to finding balance in the body and mind. Whether it's a pose to release tension or a breathwork to calm your mind. Each practice is sprinkled with practical things you can incorporate into your daily life . This class is open to ALL. No experience necessary.
Core Restore Wednesday 8:00-9:00pm This isn't your typical core strengthening class. This is an educational experience where you will learn about your core, proper core & pelvic floor function, and practices that are best for you. It's a great class if you are rebuilding your core, working with a physio for pelvic health reasons or simply want to learn more. Modifications are provided for all levels and needs, including those with diastasis recti or recovering from abdominal surgery such as c-section.
You will need your mat, blocks and light weight such as 3-5 lb dumbbells/ball/water bottle etc.
Date & fees: October 29 - December 17 8-week session = $150 incl. tax Drop-in rate = $20 incl. tax

When I step onto my mat, the feeling of peace starts to settle in; nothing else matters now but this very moment......
I believe that Yoga can be practiced anywhere, anytime and by anyone; regardless of size, age, or mobility. Many of us feel that we can't, aren't able, haven't...etc. But yoga isn't about flexibility or getting into that funky pose. It's about being in the moment, connecting to our breath and body and ultimately coming home to ourselves. ******************
I began teaching yoga in 2009, then continued my studies to become a Yoga Therapist & Continuing Education Provider. I am registered with the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) and with Yoga Alliance as E-RYT 500 & YACEP.
I specialize in proper breathing & posture, pelvic floor health, core function, pain care management, and prenatal & postnatal health & recovery.
My offerings include workshops, retreats, private sessions and weekly classes. I have been a guest speaker at events and online health & wellness summits.
I lead workshops on Yoga for Pelvic Health, Yoga for Pain Care, Yoga for Proper Core Function, Yoga for Menopause as well as Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Trainings. Check out my Upcoming Events!
