✨    YOU DON"T HAVE TO GO THROUGH IT ALONE   ✨

Eve and I are teaming up once again to offer a unique and immersive 3-day event to support you on your menopausal journey.

Gather with like-minded women for sisterhood, education, and holistic practices to embrace the physical, emotional, and spiritual journey of menopause.

Our goal is to create connection and community, bring awareness to the topic, and learn wellness & preventative tools that can help with symptoms.

Each day is designed to build on the next, allowing time to absorb & integrate.


Thursday, June 11,  6-9pm - Yoga & Menopause: How yoga can help
Friday, June 12,  1-5pm - Nutrition and Fitness: Optimize your health in this stage of life
Saturday, June 13,  1-5pm - The Spiritual Journey: Transforming the caterpillar into the butterfly 

Topics include:

  • Finding power in this stage of life
  • Honoring the wisdom of seasons and cycles
  • Holistic tools for managing symptoms like stress, insomnia, brain fog, hot flashes etc
  • Pelvic floor health & my favorite core strengtheners
  • Building muscle for longevity
  • Nutrition & Lifestyle practices for well-being and vitality

🌿Time for rest in the hammock by the garden, a stroll to the river or swim in the heated salt-water pool

Prenatal Yoga 
​ Wednesdays 5:30-6:30pm

 Connect with other parents-to-be, and move your body in ways that feel great and help alleviate some of the symptoms of pregnancy. You will learn breathing and relaxation techniques, as well as simple postures that can be beneficial for your pregnancy, labour and motherhood!

Some of the topics we'll discuss include pelvic health & stability, diastasis recti, preparing for birth,
pain management, and the postnatal period. No yoga experience required​.

I will guide you on magical journey that will inspire deep connection, subtle communication,
and exploratory play. You will learn simple tantric practices, yoga postures, breathwork & massage techniques that can deepen your relationships, enhance your communication skills, and invite more love into your life!


This is a welcoming space open to ALL lovers, partners, friends. No yoga experience required.

FAQ's
Do I need to be able to do Yoga?

No! this is open to ALL. In fact, many ppl come to my partner yoga to "try it out" and end up loving it! 

Isn't Tantra about sex?
No! We often only hear about it that way. But Tantra is really about deep connection to self and others

Will there be sexual practices?
Not at all! These are simple practices that help you connect deeper with your partner
(but might lead to great sex later!)

What if I'm uncomfortable doing something
I can assure you, you won't be. BUT everything is optional. Meaning YOU choose what you do.
Trust me, like most of my previous students have said, you'll wish the evening didn't end.

Many of us have been led to believe that we need to do a ton of kegels and keep our pelvic floor strong. But did you know that this can CAUSE problems like incontinence and pain?  

This workshop is designed to bring awareness and dispel myths, and includes simple practices that can help alleviate symptoms, prevent future issues, and overall lead to better health and quality of life!

​This workshop is for YOU if:
🌿 You're curious about it and want to learn more
🌿You’ve experienced symptoms or know someone who has
🌿 You want to prevent future issues
🌿You’re a yoga teacher, fitness pro, or health practitioner
 
You will gain important knowledge about your pelvic floor (PF), surprising things that can be detrimental to your PF health & function, how to properly engage your PF (ie kegels), how to know if you’re doing too much, and when to consult PF physio.
 
Topics:
✨ What is a pelvic floor and WHY you should care  
✨ Functions of the pelvic floor (PF) including proper breathing and core control
✨ Common conditions such as hyper & hypo-tonic PF, incontinence, prolapse and pelvic pain
✨ How posture and breathing affect the pelvic floor
✨ Kegels: Should we do them? Maybe - but not for the reason you think!
✨ Other topics include healthy bathroom habits, yoni eggs and PF weights
✨ How Yoga can help

  
This fun workshop is open to ALL and is beneficial for anyone working with clients in the health & wellness industry. No previous yoga experience required. Variations and modifications will be offered for those with limited mobility.
 
Yoga teachers and fitness professionals:  Teach your clients how to properly engage their core & pelvic floor, work with current pelvic issues, and overall, get the most out of their practice.

About Me
After working with clients in pelvic health for several years, I recognized a huge gap between healthcare and the general public. There is still alot of misinformation out there including "women should to do tons of kegels and keep their vaginas strong" (sigh)

I had an ah-ha moment when a male student came up to me at the end of a class and sheepishly asked, “do guys have pelvic floors?”. 

Since then, I became passionate about bringing awareness to this topic and incorporate it in all my classes.
