Rooted in the ancient tradition of women’s temples, this is a sacred space for women to gather in sisterhood for connection, healing, dance, expression, emotional support, and self-care.

This three-part journey moves through PULSE, DARK, and WILD.
Each temple building on the last. Each one guiding you home to yourself.
 
This is your invitation to reconnect to your pulse, to step out from the dark and to unapologetically unleash your wild.

Saturday, February 7
PULSE is that first sense of aliveness.
This temple invites you to come back to yourself and reconnect with your feminine essence - to feel safe in your body, to soften, to listen. A space to remember what it feels like to belong: to yourself and to a community. Through gentle movement, somatic practices, and nervous-system-informed exploration, we begin by resourcing safety, belonging, self trust, and inner wisdom.

Saturday, March 7
DARK is the space before rebirth.
Rooted in emotional healing, shadow, and liberation, this temple invites you to express what has been held inside and to meet all parts of yourself—the light and the dark—with curiosity and tenderness. Through sensual movement, emotional alchemy, and pleasure as medicine, deeper layers of truth, power, and expression are revealed.

Saturday, April 18
WILD is about unleashing the true you.
Rooted in primal play and embodied power, this temple is a space to rewild what’s been tamed, muted, or restrained—inviting your wild feminine to move as freely as she feels called. Dance, sound, breath, and energy practices open space for your voice and expression to bloom.
 
 
Who is this for?
Inner Goddess Temple is an intimate journey for 6–8 sisters who feel called to deepen their relationship with themselves and to express themselves authentically in a safe space without fear of judgment.

It is for women of all ages who are ready for change - who desire more. Who long to find their voice and their power, to awaken their sensuality, to come alive.
 
What to Expect
Together we will create a sacred ritual space,
followed by a brief discussion of the theme. Each temple will incorporate:

🌿 ​Movement, dance, somatic exploration, breathwork
🌿Nervous-system-informed practices for safety and integration
🌿 Opening and closing rituals
🌿 Space for sharing, reflection, and rest
🌿 A confidential, judgment-free container

Prenatal Yoga 
​ Wednesdays 5:30-6:30pm

Next session starts January 21st!

 Connect with other parents-to-be, and move your body in ways that feel great and help alleviate some of the symptoms of pregnancy. You will learn breathing and relaxation techniques, as well as simple postures that can be beneficial for your pregnancy, labour and motherhood!

Some of the topics we'll discuss include pelvic health & stability, diastasis recti, preparing for birth,
pain management, and the postnatal period. No yoga experience required​.

Parent & Baby Yoga 
Thursdays 10:30-11:30


New Session starts January 22nd!

Gently stretch, strengthen and relax areas of the body affected by parenthood, meet other parents & bond with your baby using songs, physical movements and simple infant massage. Focus is on proper breathing & posture and poses that safely rebuild the core. This class is beneficial for anyone with diastasis recti or c-section scars.


We will discuss pelvic health, diastasis recti, c-section care, proper sitting & standing posture plus lifting & carrying baby. Class is designed for all levels and stages of the postpartum period.
Enjoy tea and connection time after class!

FAQ's
Do I need to be able to do Yoga?

No! this is open to ALL. In fact, many ppl come to my partner yoga to "try it out" and end up loving it! 

Isn't Tantra about sex?
No! We often only hear about it that way. But Tantra is really about deep connection to self and others

Will there be sexual practices?
Not at all! These are simple practices that help you connect deeper with your partner
(but might lead to great sex later!)

What if I'm uncomfortable doing something
I can assure you, you won't be. BUT everything is optional. Meaning YOU choose what you do.
Trust me, like most of my previous students have said, you'll wish the evening didn't end.
