Whether you need a much needed break in your day or quality time for yourself, classes are open to everyone. Since we are online, they are available to anyone in the world with internet access!
With many years as an instructor and yoga therapist, I strive to make my classes accessible to all. I offer a variety of options and will help you find ways to adapt the practices for what you may need in the moment. My hope is that you feel comfortable finding YOUR style and that you leave each class feeling better than when you first arrived!
Hatha Yoga (all-levels): Monday 12:00-1:00 (starting Oct. 19) NEW CLASS! Ha-tha translates as "sun"and "moon" and refers to finding balance. My style is lighthearted and each practice is sprinkled with practical ways you can incorporate into your daily lives. Whether it's a pose to release tension or a breathwork to calm your mind. This class is open to ALL. No experience necessary. Treat yourself to this one hour just for YOU!
Yoga & Mobility Monday 7:30-8:45pm75min class! A perfect blend of gentle movement and calm poses, to help you feel free in your body and mind. There will still be a focus on core including pelvic floor and proper breathing, while working with mobility as well as overall stability. The practice finishes with restorative poses, so you leave feeling rested and recharged. Class is suitable for all levels incl. pregnancy. Think of it as a gentle flow to nourish your body & soul!
Parent & Baby Thursday 10-11am Whether baby is napping or playing with you. Take this time to gently stretch, strengthen and relax areas of the body affected by parenthood, meet other moms & bond with your baby using songs, physical movements and simple infant massage. Focus is on proper breathing & posture and poses that safely rebuild the core. This class is beneficial for anyone with diastasis recti or c-section scars. This class is open to the papas as well as grandparents and caregivers!
Prenatal Yoga Thursday7:30-8:45pm Move your body in ways that feel good and help alleviate some of the common effects of pregnancy. You will learn breathing and relaxation techniques, as well as simple postures that can be beneficial for pregnancy, labour and motherhood! Feel free to bring your partner to learn some of the techniques!
Our classes will be live & online via Zoom. Link will be provided upon registration.
Missed classes: Missed classes cannot be reimbursed. However you are welcome to do makeups at my other classes provided they are within the same time period (Oct-Dec). For Prenatal, if you have your baby before the course ends, you can use the remainder for mom/baby yoga!
Set up your space Make yourself super comfortable. Remember you are at home so feel free to wear your pj’s! Create your space with a yoga mat and any props you may have incl. blocks, strap/belt, bolster, folded blanket. Don't worry if you don't have all of these, we can always improvise! Added touches might include tea, candles, diffuser, pets….

Arrive early so that we can chat for a few minutes before each class - just like in studio.

Classes are designed for all levels. We will have time at the beginning of each class to check in and see how everyone is doing. You can also post a note in the Zoom chat box to let me know how you’re feeling and if there is anything specific I should be aware of.
